Clarkson... Twitters reaction

So it's happened.

It was sort of inevitable, and any broadcaster who has one rule for talent and another for production staff (especially when it comes to bulling) would be wrong to have done otherwise.

The bottom line is, they were both at their work and violence should not be tolerated in any workplace. (unless it's for sport and you're a boxer)

That said, twitter had the most mixed reactions... in the world... (sorry)

Some were sad...

Some were happy...

Some got a little confused...

Others offered helpful suggestions of what he might do instead..

and by 4:30 PM there were over 2121 tweets that all used the same line...

He'll be fine, however this is the end of an era for the BBC and tv in general... 'Top Gear's' future remains to be seen;
 "The BBC must now look to renew Top Gear for 2016.  This will be a big challenge and there is no point in pretending otherwise."
 -  Tony Hall (BBC  Director General)

and on that bom... no I'm not going to do that..

  What do you think ?
